About "Election on Wheels"

Election on Wheels is an unique opportunity to experience the largest festival of democracy – The 2024 Indian General Elections. The 10 day immersive travel cum learning experience will cover over 2500 kms across 6 Indian states which contributes to over one-third of seats in Lok Sabha. The trail will cover the real battleground where elections are decided in India. 

 

It is an unique opportunity to acquaint yourself with the Indian electoral system and interact with different stakeholders such as political leaders, political strategists, mediapersons, psephologists, party cadre, vendors and lastly but most importantly the voters. This journey provides an experiential learning platform. It facilitates first hand exposure to every aspect of electioneering in the largest festival of democracy. Journey of 2500 kms will cover the politics of bustling cities, upcoming cities, smaller towns and the villages  of India. 10 days with like minded individuals and with lots of stories around politics and election will be the moments to remember forever.

Anyone who is passionate about politics, people and elections. Someone who is curious about the scale and complexity of Indian elections and wants to see the inner workings of the system.

About Organisers

Abhimanyu Bharti

Founder of the “School of Politics

Abhimanyu has extensive experience in political campaigns and strategy. He has worked with Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG), Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC), Jarvis Technology and Strategy Consulting in the past and has been part of the campaign team for Shri Narendra Modi in 2014 and 2019, Shri Nitish Kumar in 2015, Capt. Amarinder Singh in 2017, Shri Vijay Rupani in 2017 and Shri Devendra Fadanvis in 2019.

Having worked in political consulting for a decade, he got opportunities to meticulously understand the different aspects of political campaign management. Experience of working alongside Prashant Kishor as a member of I-PAC’s Executive Council and as a Director in Jarvis Technology and Strategy Consulting, he felt the dire need to develop political courses for the political entrants and youths.

Ayush Jain

Co-Founder, School of Politics.

Ayush is a IIT Kanpur alumni.
He has worked with Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC), and Jarvis Technology and Strategy Consulting in the past as a core team member and has driven highly successful and viral campaigns.

He has also led marketing at OkCredit, one of India’s leading fin-tech start-ups to drive 50 Million+ downloads and a 3 Million+ active user base.
